The Portfolio Label Game focuses on collaboratively building a strong implementation portfolio. The goal is to make clear choices together that lead to results that exude ambition, but above all, are realistic and achievable. By comparing project size with available capacity using "T-shirt sizes," we immediately visualize the impact of each choice. The projects are categorized as Fixed, Interchangeable, and reconsiderable projects, encouraging strategic discussion. Each project card contains essential information about funding and the required team effort. By guiding projects collaboratively through the various phases, from inventory to discharge, we work towards a balanced portfolio that holds up both on paper and in practice.
